Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and customer service is always outstanding.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Best Italian food I’ve ever had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove is $9). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, continuously removing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving great Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to avoid forgetting. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
