Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (great deal considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So sweet. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to not forget. They called me to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at their door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
