Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu, and yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A dream. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake for the celebration; served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving great Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect spot for gathering with friends or having a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had picked the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
