An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've ever had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Consider this a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly attended to us for plate removal and refilling water. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot for gathering with friends or a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was outstanding and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day earlier to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm that I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
