Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A joy. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10 with no complaints.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Food came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clear dishes, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake and served it on a plate, taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I selected the correct date I picked for the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 PM and 5 PM and food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
