An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and their happy hour is amazing! Highly recommend the pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is clean and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive since Koko's in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Trust me, just go. The staff? Lovely. The owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates and refill water. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; no need to say the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to ensure I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm my selected date since I picked the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
