Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s face it: when the food is this good, you keep going back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A love. The owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and served fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff kept checking in, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
