An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 in Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as an appetizer, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was continually attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the right date since I had picked the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
