Fantastic Italian restaurant in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've ever tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? Amazing. Owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Enough for more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it the day before to avoid forgetting. They called me to confirm I selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
