Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious and they have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering that in Koko in Coconut Grove it costs $9). Recommend pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A love. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake for celebration; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it's needless to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date, as I picked the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
