Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.
I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

They called me to confirm I picked the right date since I had selected the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived on her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
