Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food is just that good. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff is wonderful. The owner is an absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive and even allowed us to bring a birthday cake. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect spot for gathering with friends or having a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date, as I chose the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
