An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is very competitive considering it costs $9 elsewhere. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as an appetizer, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive and helped with our birthday cake. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to get together with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board; the honey truffle was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to remember. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, which was the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
