An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I have tasted in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was consistently attentive, clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I picked the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
