Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering at Koko in Coconut Grove it's $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've gone to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Excellent small Italian restaurant. The pizza and calzone are nearly perfect. Everyone working here seems to enjoy doing it together and the service reflects that. All the food I've tried here while working in Miami has been very well-prepared. Wood-fired oven delights.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly checking in to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. Scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I had set it for the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and it arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everybody wins.
