Great Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive as Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as an appetizer, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! Service was wonderful. The staff was attentive and allowed us to bring a birthday cake to be served on a plate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving great Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delightful. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I selected the correct date as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
