Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant for my sister’s birthday. It’s a pleasant and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates and refilling water. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate and served it on a plate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet up with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the charcuterie board; the truffle honey was outstanding and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
