An excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove costs $9). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious! Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
