Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? A delight. Owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All served fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff kept checking in to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn’t forget. They called me to confirm that I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
