Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta to start, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear dishes, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
