Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, removing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
