Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. Let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

Sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. Scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I selected the correct date as I had chosen the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
