Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria; when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special of the day: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Every dish came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive and made sure to refill water and clear plates. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and served it beautifully. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
