The Ultimate Italian Restaurant to Eat in Miami Springs Awaits!

Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've ever had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was always attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo through Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
