Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove where it's $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria; the food is just that good. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a pleasant and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly checked to clear dishes, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza but made sure to order one.

Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. Service was amazing, and this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
