Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no comments needed.

Tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a pleasant and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza but made sure to order one.

Sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called me to confirm I selected the correct date since I picked the next day. Scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door by 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
