Experience the Best Italian Food Near Miami

Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was just as amazing as it sounds. Stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no remarks.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly attended to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and handled it all. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We hardly had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm that I had the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived right at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
