An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A treasure. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly cleared plates, filled water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm that I selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
