Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizza and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive given it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

Lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because honestly: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovable. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a pleasant and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out hot, fresh, and quickly! The service was wonderful. Staff constantly checked to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. Tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two. Barely had room for pizza but ensured we ordered one.

Sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. Scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date as I chose the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food showed up at her door at 4:33 p.m. Service was incredible and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. A win for all of us.
