Enjoy Fresh Pasta Near Miami Airport

Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering that in Koko in Coconut Grove it's $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because, let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Sweethearts. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Excellent little Italian restaurant. The pizza and calzone are almost perfect. Everyone working here seems to enjoy doing it together and the service reflects that. All the food I tried here while working in Miami was very well prepared. Delicious wood-fired treats.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations by our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so as not to forget. They called me to confirm I selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
