An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always outstanding.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is very competitive. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let’s be honest, when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant for my sister's birthday today. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All dishes came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake, served it on a plate, and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm I selected the correct date since I picked the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
