Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3pm-6pm. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep returning. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and simply GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and fast! Wonderful service. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they plated it and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. Scheduled it a day ahead, got a call to confirm the correct date, as I picked the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, food arrived at 4:33 pm. Service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
