Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive since it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff consistently attended to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
