An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois is $4, very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Truly lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called me to confirm that I had selected the right date, as I had picked the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
