Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, it was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive in clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place for hanging out with friends or family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it's needless to say the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called me to confirm that I had selected the right date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
