Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove costs $9). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A sweetheart. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly checked in to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving great Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I’d selected the correct date, as I had picked the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
