Great Italian spot in Miami Springs! The food is delightful, and they have an excellent happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest, when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Absolutely lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special season pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful, and they allowed us to bring a birthday cake, serving it on a plate and taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
