Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Excellent little Italian restaurant. The pizza and calzone are nearly perfect. Everyone who works here seems to enjoy doing it together, and the service reflects that. All the food I've tried here while working in Miami has been very well prepared. Wood-fired goodness.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I selected the right date since I picked the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everybody wins.
