Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is always clean, and the service is excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive compared to places like Koko in Coconut Grove charging $9. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Menu today? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? A dream. Owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the day after. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
