Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is a steal compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was fantastic. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake for the celebration; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm the date, as it was for the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
