Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. You need to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A joy. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and their special pasta of the day: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! Service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter; the truffle honey was the standout and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo through Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
