Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, and they even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the right date as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and it arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
