An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois priced at $4 is competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as an appetizer, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I ordered food from Siamo via Uber Eats for a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date as it was for the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
