Great Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. Their happy hour menu is fantastic from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable pricing. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because honestly, when food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff are fantastic. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a pleasant and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Each dish came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
