Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive given that at Koko in Coconut Grove it's $9). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
