We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
