Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. Super clean restaurant with excellent service.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Wonderful. The owner? Absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff kept checking in to remove plates and refill water. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
