An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 PM - 6 PM. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest, when the food is this good, you keep returning. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Absolute treasures. The owner? A real gem. 10/10, no notes.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly attended to our plates and refilled water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet up with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it's needless to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to avoid forgetting. They called me to confirm I selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
