Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great food and drink happy hour from Tuesday to Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place right in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered Caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal specialty pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive regarding clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called to confirm that I chose the correct date as I had selected the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
