Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let’s be honest, when the food is this good, you keep returning. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A treasure. The owner? Absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special pasta of the season: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was always attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
